The CoreSync Air Quality Monitor is a low-voltage sensor platform designed for digital building applications. It seamlessly integrates with the Molex CoreSync infrastructure to support smart building environments. 

Equipped with a comprehensive sensor array, the device captures granular data on:

  • Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
  • Particulate Matter (PM1, PM2.5, PM10)
  • Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC)
  • Temperature
  • Humidity

Sensor data is seamlessly visualized through the CoreSync Single-Pane-of-Glass Dashboard and can also be transmitted to Building Management Systems (BMS) or third-party platforms—including cloudbased solutions—for advanced building automation, environmental control, and data-driven analytics.

WELL Building Standard Alignment

  • The CoreSync Air Quality Monitor supports health and wellness strategies outlined in the WELL Building Standard, contributing to the achievement of the following WELL features:
  • Air Quality Monitoring and Awareness: Enables continuous tracking of indoor air quality to identify and address potential issues.
  • Thermal Comfort: Provides real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity to help maintain a comfortable thermal environment for occupants.
  • Material Safety: Fully compliant with RoHS regulations and free from chemicals associated with health risks.
