Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) is one of the largest technology business incubators and IT development agencies in the region. Established in 2002, they support the development of information technology and engineering sectors in Armenia.

An ageing communications network has put many of these goals at risk, across two sites located in Armenia. At Gyumri City the office has 500 workspaces on 4 floors and spread over 6,500 m², while Vanadzori City supports 400 workspaces over 5,500m².
