Termination Process with 110 Punchdown tool: Videos
The videos below, created by the Molex Technical Services Team, show the process for terminating cable into a range of Molex jacks, using a 110 Punchdown tool.
Please note: While termination of the KSJ-00096 jack is possible with the 110 punch-down tool, tight tolerances within the outlet design could result in an unintentional short between the conductor wires and the metal housing. Therefore, Molex strongly recommends the use of the 4-pair termination tool to ensure even, consistent terminations, and minimize the risk of this occurring.
